Strong Organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to work in a fast paced ever changing sometimes stressful work environment.
Eagerness to learn new software.
Strong Verbal/ Phone Skills The ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Experience:
2-4 years of office management experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Opening and closing of the office Answering and routing of calls as necessary.
Booking Travel.
Filing paperwork.
Managing office supplies Sending and receiving emails.
Employee Scheduling as needed.
Point of Contact between employees, management, and HR.
Verification of employee timecards/ making corrections as needed.
Keeping employee certifications organized and up to date.
Basic bookkeeping duties.
Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
