Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the logistics operations of the company, including supplier management, - Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Dispatch shipments to carriers and negotiate freight rates to optimize cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistics-related issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including customs regulations and documentation.
-IATA training preferred, is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable with handling human clinical samples and working in a lab, required training will be given.
