This is an office based position; you will be a liaison between the field crew and office staff.

Qualification:
Must have high school diploma, some college is a plus Construction background is a plus but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to connect well with others Ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone Advanced computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Suite Self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go extra mile when needed Ability and a willingness to learn new skills Well organized and detail oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Team player with the ability to work independently Maintain a professional and positive relationship with a diverse team including Contractors, Vendors and our field crew
