We are actively looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
You will work directly with our staff to ensure all administrative tasks are effectively implemented.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience with clerical responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will want to grow in the position and become a manager.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
Screen phone calls, redirect calls and take messages.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
and make reservations as needed.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Assist with monitoring office supplies; order and re-stock as needed.
Assist with parts sales and purchasing.
Assist with Inventory.
Assist and follow up on parts sales, service customers, and vendor purchase orders.
Assist with shipping materials.
Receive vendor invoices and review for accuracy.
Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations and make reservations.
Ensure office is kept clean and always organized.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Associate degree in business administration preferred.
2-3 years of clerical, administrative, or office experience.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (online version preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
High degree in attention to detail.
Data entry experience.
Working knowledge of general office equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
