We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experiancee with Quickbooks Desktop.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring accurate financial records.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Assist with payroll management, including processing timesheets -Assist with Onboarding processes - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures - Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of debits and credits - Previous experience in public accounting or a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks Desktop - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
