Monday to Friday Receptionist/Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Paying invoices General ledger, preparing monthly general entries Handling debits Meeting and greeting customers.
Answering phone calls Data entry.
Assisting with the timesheet review and input.
Answering phones Reviewing orders.
Assisting with the timesheet review and input.
Requirements:
2 yrs.
of AP experience Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good and pleasing personality.
Good attention to detail.
Well-organized and great multi-tasking skills.
Proficient with Excel Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
