6K a year What to Expect At Tesla, our Hub Operations Team Members play an important role in offering fundamental support to Field Teams, Warehouse, and customers on our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
As a Hub Operations Team Member, you will provide critical material planning and operational support to the field teams and warehouse; liaise with other departments, as well as focus on continuous development of your skills.
We create some of the most innovative products ever made and you will help ensure an equally innovative service to customers.

What You'll Do Review/Receive/Pick/Pack incoming and outgoing material deliveries to ensure 100% fulfillment and accuracy Monitor inventory within the system, complete regular cycle counts, and communicate material updates and availability with relevant team members Source parts from distribution centers and other locations and allocate them to job picks Process shipments from vendors and cross-check invoice accuracy while following document retention standards Follow-up with vendors on transit damage and shipment issues Prepare defective Tesla-manufactured parts for shipment to other Tesla Facilities or third party for Failure Analysis, Remanufacturing or Warranty Replacement.
Process, prepare and return non-Tesla-manufactured defective material to vendors under warranty Manage proper disposal of old/broken material and hazardous materials if determined for scrap Pick-up and transport parts using van or forklift, when necessary, to support fleet operations and prevent customer re-schedules Maintain excellent organization of warehouse area to 5S standard Organize material where it improves pick efficiency and accuracy Support specialized tools and personal protective equipment used by field teams Report events (injury, illnesses, property equipment damage, auto, environmental release, etc.
) immediately to direct manager Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs What You'll Bring Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals Be able to complete tasks with little to no supervision Trustworthy and driven self-starter Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn about the changes in Tesla products and services Able to speak, understand, read, and write effectively in the English language Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new Warehouse Management Systems and tools Able to obtain forklift certification within 3 months of employment and retain certification every 3 years.
Ability to travel to other warehouses or Tesla sites as needed Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history Follow all environmental health and safety requirements High School diploma or the equivalent in experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day including but not limited to:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Repetitively climb stairs, bend, kneel, push, pull, crouch, and reach inside vehicles/ warehouses Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing Work around confined spaces and manage chemicals Wear required PPE, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hats, hi-vis vest, and follow all environmental health and safety guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
