We will also like the new hire to be available to do deliveries if the need arises.
To fit into our team environment, you will have a positive disposition and be willing to take initiative as your skills develop.
Much of your day will revolve around receiving, sorting, loading and unloading products and various additional warehouse activities including:
Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately Organizing stocks and maintaining appropriate inventory levels Inspecting products for defects and damages Examining ingoing and outgoing shipments Organizing warehouse space Checking, verifying and filling customer invoices Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations Contributing ideas on ways to improve and optimize warehousing procedures Keeping warehouse clean and organized daily Other duties as assigned In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to a maximum of 60 pounds, have a clean driving record, and will need to be 21 years or older so they can be included on our vehicle insurance policy.
