Open positions for day shift include; Shipping Prepare records of goods shipped and bill of lading Review identifying information of outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records for accuracy Post weights and shipping charges and maintain shipping record files Operate forklift and prepare goods for final shipment Data entry of incoming and outgoing shipments Data Entry Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first Check to make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements Work closely with supervisors regarding incomplete information Correspond with different departments in researching or following up on required documents and information Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
