Handling general clerical duties & support tasks Updating paperwork, maintaining documents Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases Issuing checks and making payments Filing paid invoices, billing packages, supplier waivers, and check copies Preparing and sending invoice to customers Submitting weekly payroll reports
Qualifications:
High school or above Knowledge of MS Excel & Word Good verbal & written communication skills Naturally extremely organized, especially with digital filing (hierarchy, pathing, naming convention) Responsible with great follow through Experience is not required, training will be provided Job Type:
