We are based in Hayward and serve throughout the bay area real estate markets.
We are ideally looking to hire someone with staging experience and is interested or has a passion for interior design/decorating.
We are looking for a dynamic team member that can maintain organization and is willing to wear multiple hats throughout our fast-paced, multifaceted days with a strong willingness to go above and beyond! Responsibilities include:
Assisting with pulling/ moving/ organizing furniture, bedding, art and accessories in warehouse.
Assist with selecting and tagging furniture and accessories for homes.
Package, coordinate and install furnishings for residential real estate properties that are in the process of coming to market.
Installation of projects includes everything from directing movers, placing accessories, and hanging artwork, etc.
Maintaining warehouse organization on a routine basis and keeping online inventory up to date as furniture and accessories move in and out of warehouse during projects.
Conduct site visits to capture photographs, videos, and measurements for upcoming projects Able to follow instructions and put together new furniture pieces.
Able to drive and pick up furniture and accessories if needed.
De-staging homes and repacking all accessories/ furnishing to be returned back to warehouse.
Running various errands (e.
g.
pick up keys, checks, returning to warehouse or staged properties for change-outs or forgotten items, etc.
)
Qualifications:
Must be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects at once, and be EXTREMELY detail-oriented Must have a passion for interior spaces Must have current & ongoing knowledge of furniture and interior trends Must be able to take direction and implement accordingly Must be a Team Player MUST BE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY LIFT 50 LBS MINIMUM MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CELL PHONE, DRIVER'S LICENSE, RELIABLE VEHICLE, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD & ABLE TO TRAVEL LOCALLY MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE 45-90 MILES AROUND THE BAY AREA.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
NO SET WEEKLY SCHEDULE.
This Job has potential to grow into a full time position/leadership position with additional responsibilities such as site visits for potential projects, coordinating schedule, assist with design and create install lists for contracted staging projects, follow up with agent/clients, social media upkeep (IG/ website), photographing and video of each project.
