Responsibilities:
Develop & Manage New & Established Customers, By Selling Company Products Coordinate With The Accounting Department To Ensure The Collection Of Payments Identify Prospective Customers By Utilizing Market Intelligence Databases, Business Directories, & Following Leads From Existing Clients Perform Customer Needs Analysis, Develop Solutions, Discuss Product Offerings, Create Proposals, & Negotiate With Customers Identify, Qualify, & Visit Prospect Customers In The Assigned Area Keep Current On Product Knowledge & The Selling Process Produce Accurate & Timely Forecasts As Required By Management React Timely To Customer Problems & Needs Communicate Feedback Collected On New Products & Through Field Activities To Appropriate Company Staff Display Willingness To Learn About New Product Lines & Actively Promote & Sell Them Outside Sales Representative Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred 1
Years Of Sales Experience in The Food Industry Required Class-C Driver's License Required Problem-Solving Ability, Organizational & Negotiation Skills Intermediate Knowledge Of MS Office Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills & Presentation Abilities Competitive Spirit & Results-Driven Mentality PrideStaff Hiring Requirements:
