Sales Coordinator

East Bay Accessories Company is looking for an ambitious creative and driven individual to support the sales and marketing team.

As a Sales Coordinator the employee will assist with sales and marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to jump into a fast paced and energetic team while getting experience working with a variety of departments to collaborate on many projects.
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of sales opportunities. This will entail coordinating requests from sales to appropriate internal departments for completion.
Major responsibilities
- Coordinate internal actions in support of sales and marketing.
- Tracking and reporting key sales and marketing initiatives.
- Own sales and marketing tracker.
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing.
- Provide assistance with sales proposals and presentations.
- Put together sample requests for sales and customers.
- Maintain sales and marketing calendar.
- Assist with customer follow up and support.
- Assist in the customer set-up process.
- Generate sales reports.
- Sales and market research for potential products and customers.
Qualifications
- Must have great customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Previous inside sales experience preferred.
Details:
This position is in-house and full time. We offer a competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
