Ambius is seeking an experienced professional business leader to run its interior & exterior services. This position requires an experienced take charge individual who possesses strong people management and field customer service skills. You will be joining Ambius North America, as one of its major market branch managers. We operate 38 branches in North America and are part of a worldwide service company Rentokil Initial that operates in over 40 countries and employs 90,000 coworkers worldwide.
Our customers range from small offices (law firms, accounting offices, doctor offices, insurance firms, etc) to major banks, hotels, hospitals and shopping malls. Any commercial space is a candidate for out service. Our installation staff delivers and sets-up the plants and our skill field service technicians maintain the plants on our client sites on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. We service hundreds of clients throughout the metro area. You will oversee all administrative, service, warehouse and operations staff. The staff employs a workforce of coworkers. You will have full P/L responsibility for the Branch and report to our Western Regional Vice President.

We are seeking a experienced service industry leader with exceptional customer service and people management skills. You must be a hands-on leader who is good with both clients and field staff. You need to possess excellent organization, selection, training, coaching, customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with budgets and financial reporting required. Good working knowledge of computer applications are important.
This person will be eligible for a full range of company benefits that include health, dental, life, long term disability, and 401(k).
