Our Service Supervisors assist our operations managers to coach and mentor our technicians. They work alongside their team members and help them solve problems, learn new skills, and exceed our customers' expectations. The primary focus for this position is to supervise our seasonal mosquito tick team during and assist our operations team the rest of the year. This is an excellent step in advancing into Operational Management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maximize routing schedules for technicians
Groom technicians for career advancement
Service smaller route and perform quality audits on other routes
Up-sell other products/services and earn extra commission!
Learn new methods and technologies for pest control
Person Specification:
A passion for Customer Service We are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
A valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or general education degree
$2500 Sign on bonus - if hired before July 30th 2017
