As part of the global controls project management team, you will work with highly motivated experts and innovators in the data center industry.
You will be tasked with several projects, from driving multi-million dollar controls deployments to retrofitting legacy buildings.
You will work on developing new processes or standards and test new innovations in the controls space utilizing Amazon leadership principlesTo be successful in this role, you will:
- Drive the controls life-cycle- Develop project scope, specifications, engineering drawings- Interpret a combination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings- Have an understanding of HVAC equipment and technology- Ensure systems are deployed and commissioned to documented standards- Strive for frugality through budgetary review and approval- Strong customer focus and ability to interpret customer needs- Quickly remove road blocks at any point in a project- Be (become) a technical subject matter expert for internal customers- Work autonomously and quickly identify answers to unknowns- Effectively manage vendors to execute work- Evaluate vendor performance- Review vendor bid package and make selection recommendation- Project management experience.
Emphasis on organization and problem-solving skills with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to manage your projects (up to 25% of the time)- Participate in an emergency on-call support rotation.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
